Shipping & Delivery Policy – Hinata Nursery
At Hinata Nursery, we are committed to delivering your favorite gardening tools, seeds, plants, and lifestyle products in a timely and secure manner. Please review our shipping and delivery policy to understand how we process and dispatch your orders.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping is available across India. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order weight, size, and delivery location.
- Delivery times typically range between 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
- For remote or rural areas, delivery may take a little longer.
3. Shipping Partners
We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your products reach you safely and on time. Tracking details will be shared via email once your package is dispatched.
4. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship only within India.
- If your area is not serviceable, we will contact you via email or phone to make alternate arrangements or issue a refund.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track the shipment.
- You can also log in to your Hinata Nursery account to check your order status.
6. Packaging
- All items are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Seed pouches, gardening tools, and delicate home décor items are packaged securely to avoid damage.
7. Delivery of Live Plants
Delivering live plants requires extra care and attention:
Unpacking & Care: Once received, please unpack your plant immediately and water if needed. Refer to included care instructions for best results.
Careful Packaging: All plants are packed using protective materials to keep soil intact and prevent damage during transit.
Dispatch Timing: We only dispatch plants Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend transit delays, ensuring plants arrive fresh.
Climate Sensitivity: During extreme weather conditions, we may temporarily hold plant deliveries to avoid damage.
8. Delays and Exceptions
- While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as weather, courier delays, or regional restrictions.
- In case of significant delays, we will notify you promptly.
9. Delivery Issues
- If your package arrives damaged or if an item is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@hinatanursery.in.
- For undelivered orders marked as “Delivered” by the courier, please notify us immediately so we can investigate the issue.
10. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and pin code are accurate. Hinata Nursery is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address details.
